1. Artwork Supplied

The best camera ready artwork produces the best and quickest results. If you want to reproduce something from a business card or a letterhead contact your supplier/printer and ask for a printout A4 size or a .jpg file. E-mailing a design file can sometimes result in distortion and remember every PC/printer prints out different shades of colour so be sure and let us know the true colours. If all else fails we can prepare artwork for you. There is no charge for simple designs but a charge may apply for preparing large elaborate ones. We have a list of tried and proved lettering fonts you can access but if you have something special we can reproduce it.

  2. Artwork Generated

When we have all the information we set about generating a work file that is stored in our machines. These files are done on our special design software and it is this file that is used to run our machines and these files remain the property of the company. We do not charge a set up fee.

  3. Proof Process

Once a work file has been created a printout is made available, usually by e-mail. It is at this point that it is important to re-check all the information, particularly colours. Please remember that a layout produced for printing may not work for embroidery, some lines, borders, or proportions may have to be altered to make your design work. We do not charge for minor alterations but will guide you at the design stage using our expertise and knowledge to avoid the necessity for these - working together to get it right the first time. Major design changes may incur a fee.

  4. We Get to Work

Once the design is approved, it is then relayed to our workroom where the actual embroidery process takes place. Your design is sent from the library, currently holding about 35,000 designs, to the allotted machine, run off in sequence and then handed over to the finishing department for steaming, pressing and packing.

  5. Garments Delivered

With all the work completed, your garments can be collected from our office or dispatched to you (usually by courier). It is at this point, unless by prior arrangement, that payment is made.

We accept Eftpos, cheques, direct crediting or cash.
